Have been away from office for this two days for a course at SSTI. Though travelling there was a huge hassle, the course made me feel the sian-ness of travelling gone. Yes, my trainer is good. If you're interested to find out what course i attended.. Pls look at my cert below. HAHA. I am "certified" to serve clients effectively. My trainer used to and is training alot of service people, including SIA crews.

Talking about SIA.. i was pretty interested with flying around, being an air stewardess. Checked out SIA and Silkair.. Silkair's recruitment is on 3 Nov. the thing is... am i up to the height requirement? HAHAHA. i hope i am.......
On Sunday, service as usual. With a friend called Hao Ran. I have never mention him in my blog.. but i really am very impressed by him. His attitude to learning.. is so positive. so willing. One of those i'll say Potential! Not potential BF la.. is potential leader. I always believe that the person who is more willing to learn can be a better leader. I would give opportunities to people who are willing, instead of those who can do it but not willing.
Willingness brings opportunities to explore new things.
Anyway, i had Subway on Sunday for dinner. I have fallen in love with Subway. I crave for it every now and then.
Monday.. Experienced the 1-hr train ride to Buona Vista with the crowd.. walked on heels for 10min to reach the training centre. phew...... Supposed to meet Yuting, but we decided to change to today as we were having monday blues. =p
Today.. enjoyable training, partly because its finishing. Highlight : Meetup with Yuting. She is my sec schoolmate! the last time we met was in the hall, waiting for the release of O level results in SESS. Imagine how long was that......... goodness. It was a fun time chatting and laughing about those silly stuffs we did in the past. I miss her company, and the rest too. Am looking forward to the next meetup for Subway dinner!!!!

Sad thing today. Someone guessed I am 24 years old. =( esp when i dressed down.. a simple top and jeans..... If i were in more formal dressing, i could accept that age forcefully.. but not today!!!! =( Anyway, i have my beauty!! hehehe.
Back to office tmr. and i'm alrdy thinking about what has to be completed for the next 3 days. God give me the wisdom to do the right things. Energy and focus to be an efficient worker. Most importantly a service provider who provides excellent service. =)
If SIA were to ever ask this question, "Why do you want to be a flight crew?" I will answer,
becos i want to be one of those "waitress" with top grade service to valued clients.
Time for washup and bed. Be in a bright spirit tomorrow to conquer the mountain.. of work.
Additional note, being the front desk personnel, personal grooming is very important becos i represent the whole company. Which means, wake up earlier to make up, dress appropriately.
First impression counts, alot more than the following service provided.
