Busy happening weekend!
Usually over the weekends there wont be any entries, cos i barely have time for sleep too! anyway, let me begin with friday.After work, i chiong-ed to bishan to get the Body Shop stuffs from Van. thanks to her, i've got 50% discount for all the items i bought, except the lip gloss that costs $20 as the full amount will be donated to the STop Family Violence/Abuse campaign. Working in this environment.. the more i should support this campaign la! Then to JW church for the rehearsal of The Voice.. It was fun! =p last yr for project runway was not involved in any plannings(escaped) as i was one of the models. The capacity of the leaders are so great!! They've put in so much time and effort to make things go smoothly! Not to say.. there're definitely scoldings for sure too. However, i felt it was a great job!
Sat, was the actual The Voice. We've got celebrity judges in our midst. The judges are, Eelyn Kok from Mediacorp, Ruth Ling and Careen! My duty was to make sure the projector runs well, stage things to be done nicely.. present flowers to the judges. all the way till 9pm.. laptop was in a crisis for a while.. so sad to see aaron operating on it, however, it's safe and sound now! thank God! My laptop has became and is still my baby since it came home with me! rushed to Bugis to get a gift in Mich's car. caught up with some bugis peeps while searching for gifts too. i miss the times working in Bugis.. hehe.
slept at 1+am on sat night after doing some admin and prep. despite Rach's calls.. i didn't wake up! i always can wake up easily if the phone rings, maybe i'm too too too tired! it was alrdy 6.20am when i woke up, the funny thing was i thought it was monday and rach may be in some emergency thats why she called me so early! after some time.. i realised its late for duty!!! jumped up and took cab to expo. hahahaha.
service was great. but was very sleepy.... didn't doze off though. deliverance service was good too! was busy serving, this year didn't felt the strong urge to get prayed for though. haha
went for fellowship with dan and zx at bedok. it was more like accompanying each other for lunch. anyway, it was still good! went home.. and i really fell aslp in the bus on the way to amk. so tired that i gave up shopping ard amk hub and went home.. fell into a deep long sleep... till this morning............ zzzzzz. too much slp can make someone sleepy too. hehe.
back to work! yawns, its Monday! looking forward to the weekends again!
